My experience with Crase Auto was great. After emailing Crase, they got back to me early the next day with a friendly and informative email in regards to the car in question. I actually did end up buying the car I emailed about after trading in my Cooper Mini. They did not "low-ball" me on my trade in, worked with me on the financial end of my existing lean and the cost of the new car. It was a positive experience all around and would shop there again.
