Service managerDerek Crase has been with Crase Auto since he was 12 years old, helping his father, Randy Crase, ever since. Derek started off washing vehicles and keeping the place clean, and worked his way through almost all components of the business up through car sales and service. Derek graduated from Illinois State University with a major in economics, and a minor in business administration. Almost as soon as he graduated from ISU, he immediately attended and graduated from the Automotive Training Institute to better learn the service portion of the business, and continues his education whenever possible. He's now the lead service manager and vice president of our company and commits himself to the best customer service possible. Derek enjoys traveling on cruises and visiting amusement parks like Disney and Universal Studios, camping, music festivals, golf and Frisbee golf.
